B) Young Entrepreneurs & Non-Profit Societies ( Sicamous ) are Free

must accompany all Applications

Festival Hours
Friday, Sept. 24 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Saturday, Sept. 25 noon – 10:00 pm
Sunday, Sept. 26 noon – 5:00 pm

Vendor set up times:
Saturday September 25 before 11:00 am
If you can’t be set up by Saturday night you must be set up
by 11:00 am Sunday morning.

1. Vendor and or booth should reflect a Mushroom Theme.
2. Vendors provide their own garbage cans and bags.
3. Vendors provide all tables, tents and equipment (we don’t rent any of the mentioned).  
4. Food handlers and specialty food vendors must be in compliance with the BC Health Regulations.
5. Insurance Liability - All property is at the vendor’s sole risk. Sicamous & Shuswap Lake Wild Mushroom Festival or District of Sicamous will not assume responsibility against theft, fire, accidents, injury, mishaps or damage.
6. No Pets Allowed. (Sicamous and District Ordinance).
7. Vendors are responsible for the clean up of their own sites.
